RAYYAN ROAD UPGRADE

The successful delivery of this road project is noteworthy on account of the number of stakeholders involved in the approvals process, the attendant security risks that needed to be mitigated due to the site’s location, the national heritage buildings and other structures that required protection and the innovative materials and methodologies adopted for completion of the works. The road works, tunnels, improvements to the sewerage and drainage systems, street lighting, and landscaping of the surrounding areas were delivered on time notwithstanding the Project’s challenging complexities. The upgraded Al Rayyan Road and Jassim Bin Mohammed Street enhanced the overall urban design and functionality of the area, making it more attractive for residents and visitors alike.
